What's the difference between the plan set options?
A PDF Set is a complete construction-ready set for a one-home build, delivered digitally. A Full Build Set adds five printed sets plus the editable CAD files, with a copyright release permitting changes and unlimited printing.
Can I modify a stock plan?
Yes — most clients make at least a few changes. Minor modifications (moving a wall, resizing a room) are handled directly by our team for a flat fee. Larger changes are scoped and quoted before we start.
Do your plans meet local building code?
Our plans are drawn to general residential code standards, but codes vary by jurisdiction. We recommend having your local building department or a local engineer review the set before permitting, especially for wind/seismic/snow load requirements.
How long does it take to receive my plans?
The PDF Set is available immediately after checkout. Full Build Sets ship printed copies within 3-5 business days; the digital PDF and CAD files are available right away.
Can I build more than one home from a plan?
Both the PDF Set and Full Build Set license cover one home build. If you're building multiple homes from the same plan, contact us about a multi-build license.
