Information We Collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or purchase a plan set, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and any message or project details you share. When you purchase a plan, we also retain order details (plan, pricing tier, add-ons, and billing information) to fulfill and support that order.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to inquiries, process orders, deliver plan sets, provide customer support, and — if you've engaged us for a custom design project — to manage that project internally. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies & Local Storage
Our shopping cart uses your browser's local storage to remember items you've added, so your cart persists between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our need to retain order records for legal and accounting purposes) at any time by contacting us.
